Not a day goes by, whether its in Alberta or in Ontario. That there's a news story about the state of health care in this country.
Waiting lists for specialists. Lack of doctors in outlying areas of the country. A doctor retires, and the mad scramble to find a new doctor that is taking on new patients. On and on and on. Heck there was one day that a doctor in Windsor just snapped, he went absolutely nuts and stormed out the front door of the clinic he was working at. Never to be heard or seen from again.
Well thankfully there's hope in our family. Hopefully he will make house calls after he gets his degree from medical school. He may even aspire to be a Generel Practioner or an ENT specialist (ears, nose and throat).
