Having lived in Calgary for about three years now, the one thing that I find myself missing the most is....the water.
Having lived in Windsor Ontario for the first 40 years of my life, and having travelled extensively around southern Ontario, I was never any more than a mere thirty minute drive from a major body of water. Whether it was Lake Ontario, Erie, Huron or pictured here Lake St. Clair.
This particular lake is a sportsman's paradise. Be it boating or fishing. You can fish for Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Perch and Muskie. In fact it is one of the hotest muskie fishing spots in the world.
